Feature Story in Baltimore Sun's **Dream Home**
In need of a place to call home in the States, this Australian family with a primary residence in Hong Kong needed a turn-key residence, complete with kitchen utensils and linens. 
We carefully designed each room with a color scheme that matches its function. The children's room features stimulating primary colors. The kitchen utilized bold blue to inspire creativity. Warm and relaxing tones are used in the living room and bedroom.

Masterpiece of Refinement

The exquisite transformation of the kitchen in Silo Point Luxury Condominiums is a masterpiece of refinement—a testament to elegant design and optimized spatial planning.

Jeanine Turner, the creative force behind Turner Design Firm, skillfully orchestrated this renovation with a clear vision—to harness and amplify the breathtaking views that the condominium's generous glass expanses offer from the open floor plan.

Central to the renovation's success was the decisive removal of the walls that previously enclosed the refrigerator. This bold move radically enhanced the flow of the space, allowing for an uninterrupted visual connection from the kitchen through to the plush lounge and elegant dining area, and culminating in an awe-inspiring, unobstructed view of the harbor through the stately full-height windows.

A testament to the renovation's meticulous attention to detail, the selection of the quartzite countertops resulted from an extensive and discerning search. Creating the centerpiece of the renovation, these breathtaking countertops stand out as a dazzling focal point amidst the kitchen's chic interiors, their natural beauty and resilience matching the aesthetic and functional needs of this sophisticated culinary setting.

This redefined kitchen now boasts a seamless balance of form and function. The new design elegantly delineates the area into four distinct yet harmonious zones. The high-performance kitchen area is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample workspace. Adjacent to it lies the inviting lounge, furnished with plush seating that encourages relaxation and conversation. The elegant dining space beckons with its sophisticated ambiance, while the charming coffee nook provides a serene escape for savoring a morning espresso or a peaceful afternoon read.

Turner Design Firm's team member, Tessea McCrary, collaborated closely with the clients, ensuring the furniture selections echoed the homeowners' tastes and preferences, resulting in a living space that feels both luxurious and inviting.

Winner of International Property Awards' World's Best Kitchen Design

This is a gourmet kitchen that is both highly functional and stunningly pleasing, designed for the frequent entertaining of a large extended family. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and technology, offering exceptional features and superior performance. It is designed with efficiency in mind, providing ample space, top-quality tools, and excellent organization to allow a dedicated culinary practitioner to create well-executed gastronomic experiences.

We won the "Best International Kitchen Design Award" which is a highly coveted award judged in part by members of the Lords of London from the esteemed International Property Awards. We won this award by first winning the "Best in Maryland" at the America Property Awards, followed by winning the Americas Property Awards for "Best in the USA," and then finally the International Property Awards for "Best in the Americas," which includes North, Central, and South America. We are humbled and ecstatic to have received this prestigious honor!

This 6k sqft waterfront condominium was completely gutted and renovated with a keen eye for detail.  
We added exquisite mahogany millwork that exudes warmth and character while elevating the space with depth and dimension. 
The kitchen and bathroom renovations were executed with exceptional craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. Every detail was carefully considered, and only the finest materials were used, resulting in stunning show-stopping spaces. 
Nautical elements were added with stunning glass accessories that mimic sea glass treasures, complementing the home's stunning water views. The carefully curated furnishings were chosen for comfort and sophistication.

Kitchen Tasked with Character

Purposeful character was achieved by creating distinct task stations with contrasting colors and materials. This approach not only adds character to the environment but also fosters the personalization of the homeowners. Additionally, it can also help to enhance productivity by creating a focused and organized work environment.

Organic Contemporary Condo

Organic Contemporary is a design style that blends natural elements with contemporary aesthetics to create a warm and inviting environment that appeals to a wide range of people. We had the chance to decorate a stunning industrial high-rise building using this soothing style, resulting in spaces that exude comfort and vibrancy. The design is timeless and will endure through the years.




Luxury Family Living

We took pleasure designing an office for a tech professional team, renovating their boy's bedrooms and bathrooms, the nanny's bathroom and two powder rooms, designing a dressing room with makeup station and selecting furnishings for the family room, dining room and living room. Most fun of all was selecting and commissioning artwork.

Kitchen Stage Center

Uncovering the potential of a home requires imagination. For this renovation project, a ranch-style single-family home, the first step was to remove all the supporting walls surrounding the central fireplace. This resulted in an open floor plan and allowed the modern galley kitchen to become the main focus of the space.

Sky-town at Silo Point

Silo Point constructed a group of exceptional 2-story townhouses on top of a 10-story parking structure. Recently, we had the opportunity to renovate one of these unique homes. Our renovation work included replacing the flooring, remodeling the kitchen, opening up the stairwell, and renovating the master bathroom, all of which have added significant resale value to the property. As a final touch, we selected some stunning artwork and furnishings to complement the new look.

Modern Bling

***Winner of International Property Award 2016-2017***
This luxurious model home in Silo Point, Baltimore, MD, showcases a Modern Bling aesthetic. The warm, light wood floors and wood panel accent walls complement the coolness of stainless steel and chrome accented furniture, lighting, and accessories. Modern Bling combines reflective metals and sleek, minimalist lines that create an indulgent atmosphere.

The designer's own home was inspired by her favorite childhood architect, Frank Lloyd Wright and built by her current favorite architect, Chris Pfaeffle.
